3.Dictators can not survive in a strong democracy. Dictators can reach up to the top, but they can not survive there for long like in your Jamahiria. Democracy can not be tyrannical by default. It is the best way of governance in my opinion.

You are perfectly correct in every respect, but I suspect that there is a slight misunderstanding. I could interpret those remarks for you. Only if you wish, however.
