Yes but the scenarios you thought up is entirely separate ie in its current form the base is not directly offensive in nature nor aimed solely at the Pakistanis.

Offensive doesnt mean air strike only....covert ops ( RAW and Special forces ) can be carried out from that base. The most Important part is that now pakistan has to invest on infra on the western side to keep India at bay.

As far as nukes go....Tajik is a no go area for Pak because of Mother Russia.

As you posted, to keep tabs on terror infested Afghan-Pak region. The base is meant for espionage on the Terror outfits working in the tribal areas in the border region of Pak and Afghanistan. If Pakistan thinks it is meant toward Pakistan, then its their problem. If they attack the base then they would have to reply to Russia since the base is jointly owned by Russia and any attack on the country is an attack on Russia.

But please read up on Tajik Russia relation...then you will know where Pak stands and where India Stands.

We don't require Tajik bases for Pakistan, the bases on the borders are more than enough for Pakistan - those are meant for Afghanistan.

Don't get your panties wet - India's not attacking your beloved land from Tajikistan - even during war.

Yes we did but only to treat wounded NA Soldier because it was against taliban and it was in CIS interest so why you think we can use against a nation with good relationship with CIS .
