You forget that the strongest institution in pakistan is the military itself, and nukes are not some little toys that some rag tags can go pick up.... In my view, the this idea is quite far-fetched....

If the fear is ISIS can penitrate Pakistani Mil ranks and obtain Nukes, why isn't the mighty Intel agencies doing it, on the flipside if the security is in question then the second largest army should step in to do the same... the bottom line this is not going to happen.

I am not saying terrorists can only obtain nukes from Pakistan, but Pakistan is most vulnerable among all nuke states for such thefts given its security situation. And as I said, nukes have to go from the face of this earth.

I would have been more relaxed if Pakistan's nukes were with civil authorities. Pakistan military has lot of black sheep, and many in its ranks are sympathetic towards Jihadi causes. Most of the problems which are faced by Pakistan today are its military's making.

But when someone throw a stone in Church (People from Muslims community did this according to police) or someone rape a nun in Church in West Bengal (Illegal Muslim Bangladeshi did this according to police) The first thing our media, western media, our shitty politicians and heads of minority community blame Hindus before even knowing anything. The forcefully convert Hindus, Christians and Muslims manipulate poor Hindus to convert but that didn't make any headline, Hindus "organized" a event for Muslim or Christians who wanna convert and Media & Politicians again start crying about forceful conversion.
