Russia with a small economy($2 Trillion of Russia and $8 Trillion of China) is much more technologically superior than China, do you even think China can ever become a superpower when they have to rely on Russia for rip offs, they don't even match to Russia in case of global influence.

We are bringing china here because inspite of being technologically more advanced and economically much stronger and having many telecom companies' china is far far away from topping this rank. May be it is the innovation that maters which china lacks.

Being a IT superpower (if you insist on calling is that) doesnt necessarily make you a communication tech expert. We write software mainly for US and EU companies. We dont have a homegrown telecom company. Why is that hard to understand ??

German is truly a World Leader in Automobiles - Even we're taught that in our Business Analysis Courses (Porter's Diamond Model of Competitive Strategic Advantage to be exact)
