In tears, in loneliness: PM Hasina & Rehana while publishing father's book

So captain of Awami fanboy club, if this book is about bongo boltu cult, why did you post ugly picture of crying drama? You are just good old awami fanboy, can not live with lie and decption. Everyone knows these dramas are staged to beg sympathy as everyone is furious on rampant Awami league corruption and looting.

Look who is talking here??? N by the way this book is not about Shaikh Mujibur Rahman but translation copy of his own hand written diary.

N regarding sympathy!!! Whose sympathy you are talking about??? Yours??? Do you even have any credibility in real life let alone in this forum???

This picture has been published in all leading news paper. So, if she gets sympathy from the readers you can do nothing about that. Accept the fact.

Same thing was said by some Awami League supporters about Khaleda Zia when she was crying when she was evicted frol the illegally occupied house.

N just to refresh your memory...

Pakistanis have no problem with Brother Al Zakir. All Bangladeshi Muslims are our Brothers. We do have problems with Awami league Slaves of India.

But your fellow countryman Abu Zolfiqar is saying otherwise ... this is not just present view but was the view from the beginning...

1947 is enough to "offset" any 'hurt'

(me personally, i couldnt care less about a land whose people i have nothing in common with)

By the way do you want me to name each party of Pakistan now and need to remind who's slave they are??

Cpt Planet.. please let me know on the ground in BD are people secular or islamic in mind. i know there will be islamic fanitics like you have a minute hindu fanatics in india. but in general whats the situation.
also is BNP not corrupt compared to AL. AL is mending relation with INdia, do people in BD not like that/

Problem with India is nothing to do with being a secular or religious in Bangladesh. There are some genuine reason for anti Indian sentiment in Bangladesh and rest have been amplified or in some cases distorted by certain group.

1. One of the primary reason is water sharing. It is well known India is not giving due share to Bangladesh. Even despite of showing good gesture by current government, India backed away from almost finalized signed teesta water sharing treaty sue to refusal of Mamta Banarjee. Now it has been shown that India was against any sharing treaty and mamta was just used as an excuse.

2. Creation of dam along the border. After farakkah people are not ready to believe India for Tipaimukh.

3. Creation of trade barrier by India to block export of goods of Bangladesh to India when India is freely exporting its goods to Bangladesh.

To me it is just a mean mentality of India by creating trade barrier blocking of export of Bangladeshi goods of only couple of billions usd when it is in trade deficit with China of 20-30 billion usd.

I will also blame Bangladeshi businessman to some extent for not creating a own way and doing enough marketing for the goods by taking the advantage of low production cost.

4. 1 of the most important is border killing. In no civilized country it is not permitted to kill smuggler of any nationality intentionally if it can be stopped without using any force.

What happen in the border is absolutely clear now to all the Bangladeshis. BSF kills only when they do not get bribe money in cold blooded manner. This is not only inhuman but also can not be tolerated.

Though BSF quite easily sell the story to India as they are killing illegal migrants but truth is something different.

5. By flooding bangladesh with smuggling goods. Each year 3-5 year billion usd worth of goods smuggled to Bangladesh with active knowledge of Indian authority. Among them most people object about drugs which is destroying the youths of Bangladesh.

6. Illegal interference in the internal matter. People say that India is behind in most of the bad things happened inside Bangladesh. It may be true, may be not but when something spread then there must be some reality in it.

N regarding religious and secular nature of Bangladeshi people... I will tell you they are moderate muslim or hindu people. You may find that many people dnt pray 5 times a day but they are deeply religious.

N seeing some party activist it seems to me that top leaders have brain washed these lower level activist for their party gain. I am surprised seeing some of the view of Jammat activist here considering one of my friend who is grand son of top Jammat leader. He never bring all these India/Pakistan or BAL/BNP bull **** crap into discussion. Nor has any extreme view like some of the Jammat activist possess here. Through my relatives we have both link to zia family and Mujib family ... n some top leaders of both party. Believe me most of their children are very less caring about these BAL/BNP crap like what you see here. On top of that mpst of the top BNP/BAL leaders are related to each other.

This is just some lower level party member who shows all these fanaticism and fight and even die in the street.

Bottom line from my own observation ... both these party is using lower level members for their personal gain.

If that is not true then you would not see both party member accusing and fighting with each other where as when Both Khaleda and Hasina were in jail next to each other they passed hours while talking with each other in mobile and sending each other their cooking food.

Indeed, except for captain babu we are all lower level party functionaries who are fighting in the streets of Dhaka. Nice way to describe Bangladeshi citizens who care about their country and spend their time expressing concern for their country. Not sure about Khaleda Zia, I heard she comes from a decent family from Noakhali, but most likely Hasina and Mujib do not come from very good family, which I heard from people who are from the area where Mujib hails from. It was Mujib himself who I heard was a goon for Suhrawardy. And you have said yourself you are immigrant from West Bengal, so you are not even local. Good to know your family have made relations with the "important" local political families. I have noticed this social climbing tendency among other immigrant families as well, so they become well connected with local "powerful" families.

It does not matter what kind of enmity or friendship Khaleda or Hasina have among themselves, they or their families or their relations or any particular families do not own Bangladesh and its politics. Eventually all will be removed from the scene, if it is against Bangladeshi people's interest.

Do you really believe what you are saying? Are you that clueless, or is it just your usual bs propaganda like those from the people of your former homeland?

I did not mention about you or any specific member??? did I??? N what I have said about all party be it BNP/BAL/Jammat. They use lower level party member only with some small amount of money to promote their agenda. I hope you wont deny that.

N dnt use who is from where asking every one's home country. You look funny with that. Talk rationally.

N when I said that I am immigrant from west bengal??? If you think I am above 60 years old, you are nothing but nuts and live in your own fairy tail world.

N my family is well educated hard working family. We dnt use any one to elevate our status. If we really need anything to be done we will just knock the right person be it of BNP/BAL to get the job done. Nothing more or less. Period.

You made a blanket statement about Bangladeshi posters in this forum, which includes me and many others. I am aware that these scum politicos all have their gunda bahini's but please do not claim that any here is from such groups. As far I have seen none of the posters seem that uneducated. There are some confused ones, and some have a tendency to use foul language. But the only brainwashed people I see are those who are constantly pulling the line of "Bengali Nationalism" because of their blood ties to this clan, despite their good level of "education", the reason for which I still have not been able to figure out. May be its because of personal interest tied to a certain party?

I am sure you are born in Bangladesh, but your family origin you yourself said is in West Bengal, if I remember correctly.

My mom side is from west bengal not dad's side. Its a different story though.

I personally do not have beef with any member here including you. But constant one sided rant by some member make things boring. When it came anti Indian activity in Bangladesh, I along with other that you have said confused one protested most. But what some member do is post only one sided news all the time and launch personal attack on other repeatedly. I hope you have already seen. But problem start when if I post any good economic progress related news these people start launching personal attack and so on but I do not bother them when they start and put all the rant in one sided threads. It is not like that I have not posted news of BAL which goes against the interest of Bangladesh. Then this are the same people who liked my post and praised me.

N trying to associate every one with certain party is absolutely foolish one. Dhaka is a small city and here most of the people has link with each other one way or another. Having some link with the top part memebrs of the major party is not a bad thing at all, considering the nature how everything works in Bangladesh.

I hope you wont disagree with the fact that this sub forum is not about only anti BAL or anti India related thread??? Every sort of things both good and bad needs to be discussed here.

Apart from party activist you will find more then 95% of the youth and general people are fed up with both BAL and BNP. You should have noticed the trends among most of the youths apart from few. N support for Jammat is lowest. Every one needs change. If any one say BNP is better then BAL or BAL is better then BNP these people are null and void from reality. Seeing the trend in last 22 years it is clear if the root of the parties and their structure is not changed nothing is not gonna changed and desired progress can not be achieved.

I would not support personal attack or foul language from anyone. If anyone does that, I hope people should change their ways, this is not the way to debate.

About BNP vs BAL, as I said many times, I am as disgusted with both as any other. But I am also convinced that we need to remove BAL and only way we can do that is by bringing BNP back to power. Why, because it is obvious that BAL has ties to India and it seems more interested to protect Indian interest than Bangladesh interest. A third party is impossible to create before Dec. 2013 election, so for this or even the next election that discussion is moot.

If we can agree on this point, then the rest becomes quite easy, we need to bash BAL at every opportunity we get, and that is what some of us are doing. And one sure way to do that is to highlight BAL's connection with India and the long history of this connection since 1960's. So when you bring in good news for current BAL govt., naturally people are suspecting that you are trying to show BAL in a good light and spoiling or negating the effort of BAL bashing.

And how do you explain some of our own Bangladeshi posters accusing and calling others as Jamati and Razakar, some even called me those names, not knowing or trying to understand anything about my position about this ideology, which I explained many times.

I think no Bangladeshi should call another Bangladeshi a Razakar, that is a grave insult. And Jamati's are also Bangladeshi, yes they believe in some ideology, which I personally do not believe in, but I believe that they have the right to believe in what ever ideology they want to believe in, as long as they are not harming the interest of Bangladesh and its people. And if there is a struggle between BNP and BAL, Jamat will be helping BNP, we all know that. So in order to remove BAL, they will become handy and useful.

Personally I could care less about any of these political parties, but for future of Bangladesh, I see that we have to favor one party, promote it, use another party to help it and remove the one that is harmful for Bangladesh.

I think many of us are quite clear about above. To these people yours and others posts seem confusing, because you seem to not understand this strategy, which is implicitly understood by many others including myself.

If you have political connection, that is well and good, good for you, its useful if you need to get something done in Bangladesh, like you said, but it has not much to do with our discussion above.

These are my personal views. You may disagree and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and political views. If the views do not match, we should politely agree to disagree, I hope everyone should maintain this standard of Adab-kaida (manners) as we say in Bengali.

And As I mentioned in some posts we need to start thinking beyond these low life political parties for the longer term. There are much better ways to do things if we put our mind to it. I will be talking more about them in future posts.

Every people can have their agenda... This is none of my business. What awami league is doing people of Bangladesh are watching this and if they do more bad works then good works they will get their due result during the next election. That is beyond control of few people of this forum when there is not even 50 active Bangladeshi member in this forum. Let things happen as it is and let people judge their own decision. N most of the people those who come here apart from few has not any direct political affiliation not more then supporting some party at best. Most of the people come here to see progress in Bangladesh, its problems and discuss defense related news not just bashing one party considering most of the viewer are international members. It will paint Bangladesh and Bangladeshis in a bad way and nothing more then that can be achieved. Most importantly if this is the only strategy taken or already taken by few this could put ordinary Bangladeshi member residing in Bangladesh in danger.

If you discuss only one sided bashing news then whole forum can be termed as biased and launch pad for anti state activity. My request dnt put ordinary members into trouble.

@ If you take my view, these two political parties will remain atleat for more 20/30 years till India remains. Once India breaks than the situation would be different.

@ My another realization is that in our country most of the people or majority people do politics on Heredity basis.

@ The election 1970 cannot be taken as yardstick. At that time most of the young generation were addicted towards either "Socialism or Communism". At that time people were united on the basis of Bengali Nationalism. Once Bangladesh got independence this "ism" is finished.

@ About Khaleda Zia.

Her father is from Noakhali and their family came from Arab. Her father used to serve in Tea garden. After partition they all settled at Dinajpur. Her mother belongs to Panchagarh and they are from "T" family as stated by her mother. Basically these "T" family was evicted from Murshidabad by the East India Company. They were part of Serajdullah family hence Persian origin.

@ As per the statement of Khaleda's mother, these "T " family was very respectable family during the British times. All the members used to get a monthly honorarium and could freely go to England even without visa in those days. ( Read on an artcle and her mother's statement in the press)

@ So my analysis Begum Khaleda is a mixture of Persia and Arab but I think she had a deep link with Arabs. Every after 6 months she only visits Saudi Arab either for treatment or for "Umra". That too "Mumt me" !!!!!! I mean as a state guest of Saudi King !!!!

@ I myself could not tress out about this "T" family. I know about the " Mirza " family.
