That was troop entertainment during and ACTUAL BATTLE Deployment and Environment. Not a Demo or exercise

To be fair sir the Adm is a naval officer OF COURSE he is going to be wearing the correct attire, the DM is a politician with almost no exposure to defence matters, thus this doesn't come as much of a surprise.
