Now that the Uttarakhand, Phailin in Odisha and now Kashmir have occurred back to back, I would like to have more eyes in the sky with more resolution. This is not the last and it will occur more offten with greater severity all over India.

There are enough "eyes in the skies" of all kinds and the resolution is far greater than this.
