Kashmir is not a state, it is Jammu and kashmir. Just on the basis of Votes in srinagar, you cannot decide the fate of Jammu, or ladhakh because votes in srinagar has no greater priority over people living in jammu or ladhak region. If people in jammu want to be with India, you cannot say Jammu belongs to Pakistan just on the basis of few votes in Kashmir, srinagar region.

Is it so ? Last time , I checked the Jammu region was inside the state of Kashmir and hence disputed like the rest .

No , it is . As per history and UN resolutions . The whole state is considered as one .
