today he write on walls -throw his mother mobile in water - break his toys - bite and break his feeder nipple .any solutions ??????

Thats what kids are supposed to do, be naughty , inquisitive & full of energy. Trying to bite is a normal thing, it is a left over instinct from being baby who use mouth to feel the objects. Instead of controlling, their energy should be channeled for better things like taking them outside to play ground where they can play till exhaustion.
If your kid doesnt do all these things then its a problem.
