In favor of Hindutva; by a Pakistani muslim

Not necessarily. When the entire debate is focused on scrapping of Muslim laws, how can you arrive at that conclusion? My understanding is that the UCC will keep almost all provisions of Hindu personal laws, and just scrap the Muslim ones.
Hindus themselves will protest if remnants of unjust Hindu laws are kept the same.
The answer of your other question can be worded in a different way. I currently live in the US. There are no special laws for any religion here. I have no problem with this setup.
That's good to hear but again, you don't have any option there.

If the UCC in the US is the same that will be in India, I have no objection.
I just want it according to 21st century standards with rights included for everyone. If US laws are outdated in certain aspects, we should strive to bypass them and introduce new ones.
