In Sri Lanka we call 119 for police, fire rescue, medical care & for other emergency assistance…….

In case of emergency....we panic ! Then call 100. By the time cops/ ambulance/ firefighters arrive....the locals would have already handled the issue by themselves. Sad, but true...

in lahore least to say, in case of medical emergency we call 1122, they arrive in less than 20 minutes,

in case of police, we call 15. those sons of bitches do arrive as well... they do their duty but we dont like to acknowledge their good job

this is as far as Lahore is concern, I donot know about other places.

P.S oh by the way most crimes happen with help of police.
