Likewise most NATO countries, like 90% of them, have outdated equipment and are generally small/weak. F-4s, Mig-21, 1960s diesel submarines...NATO sntronk!

And spare everyone the "NATO training" the Georgians and Iraqis also got this NATO training and everyone seen what happened to Georgia in 2008 and Iraq recently.

Lastly Russia is not a conscript military.

Georgia is a small country without an Air Force.When i'm talking about NATO,i'm refering to the US and a couple of other big boys,i'm aware that some countries are in there just for show or to logistically support the senior partners in theatres.Yes,i know that the militaries of,say,Hungary,Slovakia,Slovenia,Croatia,the Baltics,Romania(the only thing that satisfies me with our military is the level of training and the fact that they're professionals),etc, are small, no match for Russia and outdated as hell.That doesn't change what i've said.

Russia/West soldiers aren't mentally prepared for full scale war. None of these nations partake in war unless it's shooting fish in a barrel/killing civilians from the air. Usually their ground troops play no role. If their ground troops actually play role against capable army they will all mentally breakdown. Only Sunni Muslims are able to remain mentally well against serious odds. So conclusion is they don't seek direct war with each other simply because it's not possible.

Only NATO countries which have small number of F-4 still are Greece and Turkey. Both are heavily modernized and are far far more capable than Su-24 with dumb bombs we see in Syria. Georgia had a force of 2000 men undergo NATO training paid by US for peacekeeping operations in Iraq, when the war started all of them were stationed in Iraq.

Iraq didn't suffer from lack of training, they suffered from lack of morale.
