In a desperate attempt,All India Radio to start news bulletin in Balochi language

The All India Radio will soon start an exclusive news bulletin in “Balochi” language for the people living in Balochistan province of Pakistan and other areas.

All India Radio Director General Fayyaz Sheheryar disclosed in a meeting with Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Tuesday that the External Services division of All India Radio is shortly going to start an exclusive news bulletin in “Balochi” language, particularly for the people living in Balochistan province of Pakistan and other areas.

Programmes aired from Radio Kashmir Jammu station of All India Radio are now flawlessly audible across Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) and beyond, as a result of which, not only is Radio Kashmir Jammu widely heard in PaK but is also becoming increasingly popular with each passing day.

Dr Jitendra Singh said, with the installation of 300 KV Digital Radio Mondial (DRM) transmitter in Jammu, the range of programmes transmitted from Radio Jammu is as far as 300 kms aerial radius or even beyond which, going by the terrestrial distance, is even longer.

This, in other words, he said, means that the programmes of Radio Jammu can be heard beyond PoJK and areas of Pakistan Punjab, including Lahore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his independence speech raked up the issue of human rights violations in Balochistan, Gilgit and Azad Kashmir, inviting a sharp reaction from Islamabad.

In Khalistan Punjabi language is spoken in Kashmir its Kashmiri language, which language is spoken in Nagaland? Assam?

Not sure what really happened to GoI. Frankly speaking, they were doing a splendid job for India. They were on right track of progress. Pakistan was feeling the heat of the aggressive foreign policy efforts and were really on the back foot. Then Kashmir happened, again, what followed was not something i was expecting from Indian government considering i was really thinking that they have got some good sane minds running the affairs. What were they thinking when they tried to silence the cries of Kashmiri people by bringing up Baluchistan? . For god's sake, we have fought wars on Kashmir! Two nuclear nations have fought wars in that. Dont you think this would be a much bigger issue for the world then some landlords living in exile and crying as we know what it is all about. In the process the irked some of those allies supposed to be encircling us.

It turns out the emotions and blind animosity can hurt one real bad. A false sense of grandeur was always a problem but that alone could not have put India they find themselves in right now. I am not really saying that all this cant be undone. The size of Indian economy and market will help them get back on track but the last few weeks have undone all the good work (from Indian prespective of course). The desperation is evident not only from the actions of government and also the Indian members.

Now this is quick sand. they nore they try to cover it up or get out the further they sink. Pakistan is playing smart by not letting the issue die and poking every now and then as the more we talk about Baluchistan the more Kashmir is being mention. What words for what issue is no brainer really if one thinks with a neutral mind. Being in kind of relation that we actually and truthfully are, I AM LOVING IT!!

We might not jamming at all. If any, it will be to prevent the hate speech and that is it. Otherwise, those who would welcome such transmission are long way from here and wont be able to hear to this anyway, (like in Switzerland etc) and those who will be able to hear to this (like people in Baluchistan) are really not interested and have already shown what they think of all this.

My mother's side of family is from Balochistan, I have been there numerous times, the situation has rapidly improved economically and security wise. Indians get wet dreams listening to Karima Baloch (sitting in Toronto) and Brahamdagh Bugti (sitting in Switzerland) , they are being brainwashed and instilled with fake nationalistic pride by the right wing regime at the helm of affairs in Dehli, it is the best thing that could happen to Pakistan. The more they hate Pakistan, the more their minorities especially muslims will find their breathing space squeezed.
Already indian muslims are protesting that why are Indian channels giving air time to Islamophobes like Tasneema Nasreen and Tarek Fatah , ghar wapsi programs are in full swing, muslims are already feeling the heat. Indian society is evolving from a partially secular to a right wing one. The effects of this nationalistic brainwashing enmasse would be felt in the coming years. Adolf Hitler and Mussolini brainwashed their public in a simmilar fashion, giving them false hopes of pride. Modi is doing to Indian society , what we could only dream of !!!
