These are Inter-City trains and not local Metro trains. Any train service introduced should serve the masses and not flamboyant and expensive Metro Trains being started in India on elevated tracks...which serves less than 2% of the population of any city.

Shanghai: 1,120,000,000 results
New Delhi: 138,000,000 results

Congrats that ppl do talk about Mumbai a lot but the payment is forgetting about New Delhi. Good job with running far away from China. Someone must be so scared.

Even Karachi, Pakistan looks better planned, open and with wide expanse than Mumbai. Yes less highrises but the city is planned in grids and in symmetry. With wide roads and lot of open areas...
