It will be good and natural for Turkey,during my time in Istanbul people were already accepting Euros as the Lira was always likely to depreciate against the Euro since Turkey exports to Europe a lot.

Secondly,Turkey doesnt have to join EU to adopt the euro,they can just maintain a one to one peg,like the GCC world does vis a vis the US Dollar.
