For obvious reasons. You skipped the part where I asked if US is tracking pollusion in and around their consulates or are they tracking all over China because these two are not the same. Even I showed how Chinese are faking pollusion data at a local level, different agencies tracking dangerous pollutants emanating from China.

Monitoring air quality is not rocket science, foreign expats living in China has apps of their own reporting system and all of them can personally feel the massive improvement year on year, nowadays we hear less and less complaints about pollutions from foreign expats living in China. You are just in denial mode and we both know it.
