If there is some neglection happen in case of leaving 7 people in a cold storage & giving , is from them who were performing rescue operation. & Govt wasn't doing so, it was Rangers & Army, police and civil aviation went back when operation against terrorists and rescue was finished.

Don't know how it is even fault of the government.

But again government fault was their as whole to ignore the threats completely, no security check was performed and because of that whole incident actually happen.
