VIP treatment? unless my vision is impaired i didn't see any protocol with IK, i didn't any armed guards. So not sure what is your definition of VIP protocol?
What is your concern if he is walking in socks or shoes?
First of all how do you know its a rental car? it could be a party workers car. In either case we can reasonably assume its not tax payers money being used unlike the Patwari queen that actually drives around in full protocol on tax payers money.

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister Justice (retd) Nasirul Mulk on Wednesday sought a report from the interior ministry for removing the name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s close aide Syed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari aka Zulfi Bukhari from the Exit Control List.

The interim chief executive has asked the Ministry of Interior to explain the incident. Bukhari was stopped on Monday from flying to Saudi Arabia with the PTI chief only to be granted a one-time permission to perform Umrah and return in six days.

Sources in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) told The Express Tribune that Bukhari was stopped by FIA immigration officials at the Noor Khan Airbase Rawalpindi during his immigration process. Bukhari was told that his name was placed on the Exit Control List (ECL).

Bukhari was placed on the no-fly list on the recommendations of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). However, details of any NAB inquiries or cases against him are yet to be known.

Later, the interior ministry through a notification ordered the immigration authorities to ‘grant one-time permission to Bukhari for a period of six days’ to perform Umrah.

Bukhari was then allowed to fly to Saudi Arabia in a chartered flight along with Khan. Bukhari is a UK based businessman, also associated with the PTI.

Well courts should look into it ...First this one then NS and Mariyam also allowed to fly - though their names were not on ECL...but they had ACTIVE cases running....and they were denied from going abroad at first but later allowed....Pak politics is 1 confused circus!

Name was on Blacklist - used for those travelling on multiple passports and suspected terrorists.

Had it been on ECL, Interior Ministry can't legally remove someone without consulting with the department (NAB in this case) that requested to put on ECL in the first place.

If a court instructs a person to be put on ECL, it would be illegal for Interior Ministry to take that name off without permission from the court.

So this whole 'he was on ECL' is a lie. Had he been on it, Interior Minister would be in court for an illegal act.

The point is some one got privileges to bypass blacklist and that privileged guy was accompanying with some one who claimed to finish corruption and nepotism, in private jet is act of biggest hypocracy. Though i didnt mention here that he got favour bec of that honest leader.
