Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday alerted the international community to a possible "false flag operation" by the Indian leadership to "divert attention from massive human rights violations" in occupied Kashmir.

"I want to warn the international community that the Indian leadership will in all probability attempt a false flag operation to divert attention from its massive human rights violations and the unleashing of a reign of terror in IOJK [Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir]," said the premier via Twitter.

We are hearing Indian media claims that some terrorists from Afghanistan have entered IOJK for terrorist activities, while others have entered India's southern regions. These claims are predictable to divert attention from India's ethnic cleansing & genocide agenda in IOJK.

The prime minister's comments come as Indian premier Narendra Modi visits France ahead of the G-7 summit.

According to AP, French President Emmanuel Macron in his meeting with Modi on Thursdaypressed for dialogue with Pakistan over the crisis in occupied Kashmir.

As part of his three-nation tour, Modi will visit the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain next. In the UAE, Modi will be conferred with the nation's highest honour, the Order of Zayed, according to Hindustan Times. Modi's visit to Bahrain will be the first ever by an Indian prime minister.

Earlier on Wednesday, in an interview with The New York Times, Prime Minister Imran had expressed concern that India might undertake a deceptive “false flag operation” in occupied Kashmir to try to justify military action against Pakistan, adding that Pakistan would be forced to respond.

“And then you are looking at two nuclear-armed countries eyeball to eyeball, and anything can happen. My worry is that this can escalate and for two nuclear-armed countries, it should be alarming for the world what we are facing now,” he said in the interview.

India stripped Kashmiris of their seven-decade-long special autonomy through a rushed presidential order on August 5. A communications blackout and heavy restrictions on movement imposed by the Indian authorities from the eve of this development entered their 19th day on Thursday.

Modi has been given run for his money. ''Do as you please'' era which the Sanghees enjoyed for the last 2 decades, is finally over. Their lies have been exposed plus those whom India would conveniently blame for any false flag are already in custody of law enforcement.

Pakistan allows entry of Afghan trucks to India despite tensions

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Thursday that Pakistan has not stopped Afghan trucks from taking goods to India despite Pakistan’s suspension of trade with India.

Talking to delegates of the Pak-Afghan track-II dialogue at the Foreign Office Qureshi said Afghan trucks are allowed to cross Wahga border and take goods up to the Indian border town of Attari.

Afghanistan had long been demanding Pakistan to allow its land route for trade with India, but Islamabad rejected the facility in view of disputes with India.

Qureshi’s statement indicates a major shift in Pakistan’s policy amid tension with India following Indian government’s decision to revoke the special status to Indian-held Kashmir.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said in June this year he had sought assurance from Pakistani leaders to allow his landlocked country to use Pakistani land route for exporting goods to India.

“Prime Minister Imran Khan and other Pakistani officials agreed during meetings that Afghan trucks would be allowed to cross the Wagah-Attari border and delivered goods in India. Similarly Pakistan will be connected with Central Asia via Afghanistan,” Ghani had told a gathering of Afghan refugees and students during his visit to Pakistan.

Qureshi while speaking about Pakistan’s efforts to cement relationship with Afghanistan rejected the notion of Pakistan quest to seek “strategic depth” in Afghanistan and said Pakistan does not believe in such approach.

He Pakistan does not have any favourite in Afghanistan and will work whoever is elected by the Afghan people for peace and development for improved bilateral relations and trade.

The foreign minister said he has invited his Afghan counterpart for a trilateral meeting along with China to be held in September.

He said Pakistan fully supports the Taliban-US talks in Qatar and also back the intra-Afghan dialogue for peace and stability in Afghanistan.

Qureshi said Prime Minister Imran Khan has always opposed military solution to the Afghan problem and that he was Taliban Khan for this approach.

Talking about visa problems he said Pakistan has been trying to improve the system and soon Afghans will have the facility for online visa system.

He admitted there is corruption in Pakistani visas by both Pakistani and Afghan side corrupt mafias and warlords are exploiting the situation. But he promised to fix it like Torkham border 24/7 opening.

He suggested that Kabul and Islamabad should avoid blame game and recent

visit of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has improved the ties between the two neighbours.

On bilateral ties between Pakistan and Afghanistan, he mentioned that

five working groups under Afghanistan, Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity (APAPPS) have been set up and hoped that the new mechanism

will be helpful for resolving differences between the two countries.

Because it impacts the lives of people in a third country - Afghanistan. At a time where we want to be seen as brokers of peace in Afghanistan, we don't want to be seen to be overly influential in their internal affairs. What we should do is have checks on Trucks going either way, every time they enter and exit our borders, for security reasons. Every single truck should be checked thoroughly, even if it takes days.
