I am pretty sure health advisor of each participating leader will also be part of the video conference. At worst decision making from Pak side might get affected in the absence of leadership.

haha India is not re-exporting drugs from China. India imports chemicals, then manufacture the drugs. Chinese drugs are expensive, even they import generic drugs for cancer treatment from India.
