Responsibility of lapse in security at any single polling station lies with federal govt. and provincial govt.
Escorting and guarding polling staff is foremost duty of security apparatus, but If political workers are around the security staff on duty than it's responsibility of duty officer to protect him.

There is no objection that PTI has proved them selves far more competent than PMLN in all spheres of governance and most of above economic. There relationship with lending agencies and countries with surplus cash has been exemplary and highly fruit full, but i would not endorse calling them rats as they are human beings.
As i know of PMLN, if you make such statement on face of PMLN, it will draw strong reaction, and i'm sure BJP will support all such efforts but i'm not sure if PTI cabinet and tigers does this with or without BJP support.

What i wrote is:

political workers are not allowed inside polling stations, only voters and polling staff.
Political worker is a simple citizen, and if any one is getting kidnapped in front of rangers or police, even if they are detailed out side the polling station, must be protected by security staff present.
However reality is not like this all security is hand picked by PTI and they only serve PTI non PTI have no life in Pakistan, and murder of PMLN political worker is one example... and i hope PMLN will detail crimes of minority state against majority to UN. Here i came across the rangers in longer sequel of same footage, of which PTI is sharing edited version.
What critics of PMLN on pdf are claiming as kidnapping, was a bust where apparently rangers were overseeing stealing of bags full of votes in constituency where all day firing kept people away from voting, and result was 30% turn out.
Persons on duty are identifiable and shall be included in investigations.
