I can see that moderator provided the English tweet an hour ago, even after that Indians are thinking cash stripped Pakistan is offering to provide financial aid to India.

India has huge reserves, but in these desperate times, if they don't give any relief to poor Indians, they aren't of any value for a common man.

I have some reservations on this tweet though. Our cash transfer program was far from perfect and we also saw few reports of corruption during the cash transfer. However, for a country like Pakistan, it was impressive with all the imperfections. Initially I thought that people will not get a dime and the whole money will go into the pockets of corrupt politicians and civil servants. But I personally know a few people who received the money and were very happy. Without this money, I don't know what they would have done.

Despite all the animosity between two countries, whenever we see a common man committing suicide due to hunger, it gives us a lot of pain. You guys are able to design a program (maybe a better one) like ours.. but you can save time to get a ready program from us that was not perfect yet extremely effective.

PM IK is a pluralist and an inclusive leader, he use to talk about the missing goodwill and trust deficit between the two countries and he is also a philanthropist and gets the highest charity in Pakistan. Only the SKMCH hospitals spends more than 600 crore per year on treating destitute cancer patients, all through charity.

Not about having resources bound within a castle, perhaps, IK is stressing on straightening up a process which should make sure that the resources should trickle down to the needy with transparency.
