Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi benefited from UK NCA £190m deal: Spotlight on Corruption

.
Ary is new Geo News

I'm very saddened to see how ARY has changed its color under pressure. GEO stayed loyal to anti-IK & establishment forces of that time despite facing several bans and reporters' arrests. ARY turned out to be a bit(h.
I'd request everyone to promote a boycott of ARY online & on conventional TV as well.

"The UK NCA said that the £190 million was given to the state of Pakistan and not to any PTI government or individual."

According to Susan Hawley, Executive Director of UK’s Spotlight on Corruption, an anti-corruption NGO, the settlement allowed the tycoon to declare his innocence and avoid liabilities within Pakistan thus giving him almost complete impunity. “It is the people of Pakistan who are the losers in this terrible saga, while the UK continues to be a playground for corrupt elites from Pakistan and other countries with no consequences,” Ms Hawley added.

She said: “The settlement which the NCA claimed was evidence of its success in tackling international corruption now appears to be the result of corrupt dealings. It was clearly brokered by the government in Pakistan at the time, and apparently benefited Imran Khan and his wife personally.”
Read the case again ...money is in the Supreme court account ....... and has been explained so many times ...

Why it is in Supreme court's account, the account to settle a fine?? It was crime money, so it should be in State Bank account not in Supreme account to settle Malik Riaz fine. Now Malik Riaz gone to Malik Riaz which should have been gone to people of Pakistan.

Only P. Khatak and Shah Mehmood Qureshi would leave the party before securing their position in any other party.

Imran gave same statement pardoning Rs.450 billion GIDC tax, that we would not be able to win this case, government won the case just after few month.
No court was involved, it was an out of court settlement.
Pakistan has won many cases abroad, Admiral Mansurul Haq is one example, Zardari's Swiss cases are another example.
Nawaz's son was not involved in any crime, it was his legitimate business to buy properties, renovate them and sale them at higher price.

Rs.450 billion GIDC ? ... Govt win the case ? .. check Rauf Klasra reporting companies stronger then govt ... this tax money still freeze.. govt haven't got nothing ...zero. This case is local not in foreign land.

GIDC amounting to Rs448 bn stuck in limbo. What is the GIDC though?

Different sectors owe the government Rs 448 bn in the form of GIDC, which is a form of tax. The running fiscal deficit has prompted the government to source funding from all avenues, one such avenue is the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess. Whether or not the government is able to recover this amount remains to be answered as the legal back and forth continues.

OK. Rs. 488 billion not Rs.450 billion.
My company paid Rs.1.1 billion after the decision, in installments.
