Experience when used the URL

Yes I experienced same in my case my Bank called me to confirm it was me using the card once I called my card company and confirmed my purchase was correct the transaction was my choice

It was marked as a "Fraud transaction" because I was doing transaction with Pakistani Website this is normal behavior in Western Banks , when you use a New Website in different country where you normally do not buy, the purchase is flagged till you call and confirm it was correct website

After my first transaction was declined the transaction was in pending state

After I validated the Transaction I tried to use card again on Site the website did not generate any confirmation or rejection


I did get 1 confirmation at my bank record , that a payment was made to Punjab based website out of 2 attempts

If you can't clear your Transaction by calling your credit card company , just call and confirm I tried to use card on website , my transaction did not go thru what is the deal ?

99% of time they will approve your transaction or next time when you use the card will let the transaction thru as you have confirmed it is a correct Transaction
