You are asking for something which is not needed. Where does the law say that NADRA has anything to do with vote verification? It doesnt say any such thing because it is not needed. Any institution can ask any other institution for assistance towards fulfiling its mandate.

Sir, NADRA is a civilian agency under the Federal Government. MI and ISI are part of the military, which have absolutely no legal constitutional role in politics, and elections and the results are a political issue, no matter how seen.

That is why Army is staying away from direct involvement. People may not like the current government and can disagree all they want, but maintaining supremacy of parliament is in benefit of the whole nation.
