Imran Khan announces Compromise Solution to resolve this rigging issue.

its not a political issue. Its a matter of investigating into pre and post election rigging. Once JC gets the legal cover to probe into it, there is nothing stopping any other institution from assisting the JC in completing its task. Where does it say that other state institutions are not allowed to assist any other 'body' in fulfilling its mandate?

Any such inter-agency assistance must be in compliance with the law. What you are proposing is the kind of convoluted logic trumped up to serve preconceived notions of what the Deep State wants to do, and it always fails in the long run. Always.

You are asking for something which is not needed. Where does the law say that NADRA has anything to do with vote verification? It doesnt say any such thing because it is not needed. Any institution can ask any other institution for assistance towards fulfiling its mandate.

Sir, NADRA is a civilian agency under the Federal Government. MI and ISI are part of the military, which have absolutely no legal constitutional role in politics, and elections and the results are a political issue, no matter how seen.

where in law is this distinction of only asking civilian agencies for assistance and not the military ones? Its not a political issue. Its a Judicial Invesitigation which allows for the JC to be assisted by any state institution.

Sir, the military is barred from participating in political issues by the Constitution. Any Judicial Commission must follow the Constitution in following its investigative mandate. It has many other investigative agencies available to it legally, but not the military ones.

Ok. So where in law are you getting this distinction between civilian and military agencies in the matter of assisting the JC towards fulfilling its mandate? Show me where it says that only civilian agencies must assist the JC in any judicial investigation.

Sir, first let us agree that any Judicial Commission formed for any particular issue must follow the Constitution itself.

Yes. Now show where the constitution says that any Judicial Investigation cannot be assisted by military agencies.

That is why Army is staying away from direct involvement. People may not like the current government and can disagree all they want, but maintaining supremacy of parliament is in benefit of the whole nation. Army is too busy with other tasks and it should not involve in politics. Affects their fighting morale as well.

Again dont get your hopes up for it to finish on the 30th :D you're going to be really disappointed. People are still behind IK as they were before this announcement no matter how one person tries to paint a picture.

Come on you know it, with all the time waste for months on television, social media and discussion forums, what Imran Khan and PTI, gave the people of Pakistan. I know you are disappointed that nothing good came out for Imran Khan and PTI selffish politics, infact the only partner Qadri in the shape of PAT had, also left you high and dry. Its a shame. PTI should stick to KPK and improve it first . Politics is not Imran Khan's game.

Desperate times for desperate Khan and desperately weak PTI.

It can be assisted but not headed, which Imran Khan wants. Best is to wait and see if SC offers a solution, using experts from IB/MI. It cannot be done on a whim of a single person, just because he wants to.

LOL......PAT was epic trolling with PTIians and Pakistanis. Kala Topi.

Next, let us agree that military agencies are part of the military, correct?

Just show me the distinction between the civilian and the military agencies in the matter of assisting the JC in the Judicial Investigation.

Sir, are the military agencies part of the military or not, in your view?

Let us take your statement in reverse: Can such a Commission use civilian agencies to investigate the military?
