Hello,

I voted for Imran Khan in the last general elections, even though I disagree with his policies a lot. I never supported his dharna politics as well as the historic stance on TTP but if given a choice, I'd vote for Imran Khan a thousand times if the alternates are PPP and PMLN.

Now, coming to the relevant point, since the explanation was necessary here, or you get bombarded with "Patwari" trolls.

I liked the idea of Imranometer, as responsible voters, it is our right to ask of the Government, remind them of their promises and criticise them, that's the beauty of democracy and that's what should be expected of every responsible citizen.

So, here's a thread on past promises and statement of our Prime Minister where he said something about a past event but is relevant for a current event too.

You can't put videos that were made for certain time and occasion and juxtapose it onto anything you want.

These so called journalist and OP who is spreading this garbage should be ashamed of himself. This is what Islam haters do when they use certain verses and hadith that were said for certain occasions and then take it out of context and use it as a weapon.

Pathetic attempt by OP to undermine Khan. He has numerous flaws but dishonesty and corruption ain't one of them.
Also , it is very easy to pass statements when one doesn't have whole information to make an informed opinion. Maybe he has wised up. Given him the benefit of doubt and move on.

Nobody accused PM of corruption or dishonesty. U-turns are proudly accepted by him as a trait of leadership. Now go report the thread again. I'd like to know from the Mods what forum rules have I broken when there are threads running with abuses against the honourable Judges of the Supreme Court.

If IK can start taking some tough decisions that would be great. One just cannot expect ordinary people to live and survive on his speeches specially those on 'State of Medina'.
