Ok I don't remember the thread or the person who asked me to improve this footage from 27/02/19 of the gliding bomb targetting.

I tried working with a video downloaded from twitter in 240p and terrible quality and this is what came from it and I'm not sure how useful it is but see if it helps

P.S: Now I'm running some tests on a model to improve old/low quality images using some code from different libraries.

If anyone needs anything fixed then let me know.

This looks like from a better source. The one I used was terrible.
I could enhance this further.
I was trying to make it look better more than upscaling.

this is kind of what I'm getting to.
My model is mainly trained to enhance images with humans in them for now. Need a lot of more training cycles to process other stuff well.
It's doing well with old, low res, and blurry images so far.

And this is slowly where I want to get to

It's not perfect yet but getting there
Here are some random tests from random pictures on google

Nvidia has launched AI upscaling in Market with Nvidia Shield,
Images are much more sharper

ah ha this has given me many ideas.

Let me know of your ideas if there is something I can do about them.

Yup, but so far only limited to shield customers.
Samsung is also launching their version soon for their TV's and other devices.

But independent public domain tensorflow libraries will still remain ahead due to constant development by the community and the integration of latest research.

The technology is still in its infancy though, there is still a long way to go.
