I personally would like to see a initiative of chitrool for people who litter and jail. Locals officials who do not do a good job of keeping districts clean sledgehammered in public.

If basic law enforcement is started for Property Management

a) Cleaning
b) Painting
c) Tree plantation and care

Thousand of new jobs would be created in Property Management as it is the case in Western world Basic Labor work


Property Management companies hire workers to ensure certain neighborhoods are enhanced or beautified

Almost every Apartment building the tenants have to pay Maintenance fees monthly which goes towards beautification projects

They always leave the delicacies that really matter,like for instance what is with the red street, a paved medival style stone alley way wouldve looked much better, there is a similar street here in Perth and it really takes one back to the era of kings.

Easy to see how in 5 years massive changes are possible
Easy to imagine starting with 15 Top cities of Pakistan in 5 years massive change of cities could be done provided each year funding is released for specific town/sector


Example:
City of Karachi 5 , years 5 zones can be beautified
and then follow next 5 years other neighborhoods can be improved

Quetta

Faisalabad

Really don't see why the image of Pakistan top 15 cities cannot be changed forever



Goals of Beautification are simple

a) All streets covered with fresh covering

b) Proper marking on streets for traffic

c) All buildings in the neighborhood asked to paint their properties from all sides
Done by owners of Property

The colors add to the vibrancy of city

Every property owner in neighborhood are given written notice to paint their building in 30 days or less

d) Tree plantation drive

Dates trees usage as they can live with less water supply

e) Painting over gratify , make it a 2 year prison term for painting grafity or political message on walls

The reflective lights idea is absolutely brilliant I find them helpers in driving

Majority of city beautification can be done with minimum cost

• Asphalt .....new black cover over roads = Cheap
• Plantation of dates trees at city level = Cheap just need labor force
• Property owners painting their homes with fresh paint (handled by citizen)
• Drawing lines over roads (easy labor work)
• Painting over graffiti = cheap , labor work

Just a fresh road covering and trees plantation on both side can make a vast difference
