I've seen Western analysts talking about the Renminbi SDR inclusion and dismissing the Renminbi.

People dismissed China at everything and been proven wrong.

People even said Renminbi will never be included in SDR just a few months back.

Only fools underestimate China.

Chinese are down playing this. I can imagine if a certain country getting its currency in the SDR would garner extreme superpower bragging.

They have done it when they were writing letters to leaders across the universe in a bid to beg for UNSC membership.
