Yes and this will happen when our students complete 12 grade education than with science and other subjects they should have studied one Tafseer and Summarized Shahih Bukhari and Muslim and also detail book of Islamiat and Islamic History other wise you will always need Mullahs but he can be useful in convincing people about Polio I think he should address public through media

If there was a group of terrorists in Saudi who were killing polio/vaccination/health workers in Saudi

Will Saudi Government call in the Imam?

Saudi government doesn't involve Mullahtics in such cases

They just catch the terrorist and his sympathizers and cut their throats.
