If I had it my way,

- teach people how to use a Word doc to make posts - (no one bothers to run a spell check)
- take people back to first grade and teach them how to write - (despite headings being in upper-lower case throughout the forum, some insist on writing them in all caps)
- take them to an optician and get their eye sight checked - (no one bothers to check if the same thread has been submitted before)
