A state of managed low-grade conflict, not open war, and not peace.

What really bothers me about the Haqqani network is the fact our generals sent our SSG to aid the Haqqanis... and we ended up loosing 100+ SSG to a bunch of Soviet VDV Paratroopers. Well played, VDV.
