They already do. It's you who don't buy them. The only problem could be USA and if you had money like UAE or Saudi Arabia yes they would sell you every weapon. Get rich and you can get away with anything in modern world. Europe has no issue in selling us weapons only question is do you have the money to buy them

Having money doesn't mean that we (Pakistan) can buy high quality stuff from West. USA still want to turn Pakistan into Iraq and Syria but our Army is one step ahead to prevent it. Now that Pakistan has learn it's lesson and moved to Chinese Camp, USA won't sell advance tech to Pakistan.

As far as western countries selling military hardware to Pakistan, even if they sells something, they will sell it scale-down version, they will buckle under pressure. USA has a leverage over all European countries and they can stop spares and support in case of sanction or from USA. What we are getting from Italy is low tech stuff and used/surplus stuff.

You paid for AH1Z those were stopped then you paid for T129 those were stopped. T129 covers your question.
Look at your other weapons like HQ9 you pay you buy it. So what is the moral of the story? It is a western policy to use weapons as a diplomatic & sanctioning tool but on the eastern side there is no such policy. So your question varies from country to country.

I'm honestly sick and tired of watching us having to rely on others for decades. Because this Qoum doesn't understand Democracy it requires communism. For certain countries, democratic system just seems incompatible and we are one of those countries.
