The answer is simple, Kashmir was legitimately handed over to India by its previous ruler(King). We have the signed paperwork to prove it. And after independence the original Kashmiris were forced out of their land by insurgents and terrorists from across the border in an attempt to take the land. So Kashmir is Indian, and people who want the land and cry for freedom and do they senseless killing in the valley can go back to the land they came, from which is across the border.
That provision is not available in constitution of India.A vote for secession just for Kashmir.
then don't cry foul when jihadists play by their rules

LOLz,these lungiwals simply don't understand the fact that we literally "own" them!So they might whine as much as they want to but the reality is that we are holding Bangaldesh by it's neck and they can't do a sh*t about that and this is the f*cking realityMessage to Bangladeshi... Might is Right, get that straight!
You have to do a lot of things only after taking India's consent which we don't have to do.
Okay Ma'am you have got my permission to enter Kashmir. Now this should make you happy i guessZalimo jo log Kashmir dekhna chahte hain unko to ane Diya karo,I won't cause any trouble..promise
Nah they don't get bored because they(the BD lungiwalas) don't have anything else to do other than whining constantly about the "hegemonic" policies of IndiaThese things have been discussed to death many times, dont you people get bored reading and repeating the same thing again and again.
If only they would have been possible!!But then again both the leaders of India and Pakistan are too egoistic to make this happen. This is the sad reality mere bhai....agreed bro, but to be honest, U.N resolutions are not a realistic option , India would not agree to that,so the best option would be to some how settle it bilaterally on a give & take option , & on the basis of some thing is better then nothing
say if a give & take, like we agree to make the L.O.C as an international border but with some compromises from India
& we give India direct land access to Central Asia, Afghanistan etc's in return , in that way we might get some land from them, & they can get their land transit from us , so it will be a win-win situation for both the sides
Pray tell us the names of some of those "external powers"!!This is India we are talking about not just some tom, dick or harry like Ukraine.Nobody will risk an all out nuke war with India just because of a few millions Kashmiris(not even your "beloved" ex brother)....No it is the policy of India but external powers may become involved on the basis of violations of human rights ....
And if the US, China and Pakistan support Bangladesh in its interest India should have no problem ...
R e bhai woh sirf ek Bangaldeshi lungiwala hain, isi liye chill karna uske fitrat mein nehi hain.Akhir ek lungiwala unpad kya jane chill karna kise kehte hain!!Aray dada ithna duki kyon rahthay ho,,,,life may kabhi kabhi chill huva karoo....
So there was a conspiracy hatched by the British and India to annex Kashmir ....
You should try to allow it through amendment of the constitution.
we'll seeI agree. Let Kashmir have its plebiscite.
