Indian weapons are not advanced enough to determine the nationality and I am also sure Chinese are not stupid enough to keep constructing roads when the country they are building it is at war .

They won't suddenly call "Halt everyone! We need to let the Chinese evacuate first before we continue the war!"

Plus, the Chinese there won't evacuate. Like I said, the greatest demand for building and repairing roads IS during wartime.

well we dont need help of China to fight our wars, we are enough on our own, all we need from China is strong defence cooperation which include JVs and arm deals..

but we are indirectly helping China from last 60 years to take tibet back by keeping busy 80% of bharati army at western border, i think Chinese have Golden heart that they left occupied Tibet for so long. @Chinese-Dragon

That's the strength of India that is unity in diversity .
