40,000 rupees could be used for much needed Medicines than a single fake dell laptop..smart not so much there is a reason they are offering these laptops it is called corruption they get fake 20,000/- laptop and show it as 40,000/- the rest goes to noon league and their Kings.

I will be contacting Dell Inc soon if someone has it or know someone with fake dell let me know the model.

Yes and i understand you too, that's why i said, give them money and they can best decide what to get. Whether it is a used laptop AND food or a brand new laptop.

Also when they're also, it'd be at rip off cost. Briliant way to rip off public funds. First make commision on laptop, then buy back at deep discount. Double rip off.

The army is giving up their lives for them, isn't that help? Nobody is thinking low of anyone. Its about perspective.

Pakistanis are the most forgiving and generous people in the world. Sadly these North Waziristan people are not. One day they are TTP, next day they are Afghan Taliban and today they are IDPs. Whilst brave young men are dieing for their tomorrow.

Free laptops are an extra. Budget has been set aside for development of NW and they will get everything they will ever need plus more.

Like I mentioned the focus is on them to prove themselves to their fellow Pakistanis again, can they be trusted to not let terrorists back in? Can they be trusted to develop themselves into contributing citizens? Can they understand the concept of a govt in Islamabad which they have to report into?

Questions need to be asked of them. Not everyone is a victim my naive friend.

Good part of taxes are direct, no matter what majority of poor Pakistanis are paying taxes. The problem is rich avoiding income tax.

I wish we have same tax system in Pakistan which is running over here..road tax, council tax, income tax, national insurance tax, parking tax..so many taxes and you pay taxes according to your earning.

Tax payer money dosnt mean having an NTN and filing taxes. Everyone pays their phone bills, most people pay their electric bills and buy milk and register cars. Its that money. Just so you know that if I get Rs100 loaded on a phone, it will be Rs70 that will be usable. Thats 30% tax.

Aren't you thinking low of them when you say they harboured millitants and refuse to meet Nawaz Shariff? Would you like being kicked out of your home and then go attend Nawaz? The tribesmen didn't create taliban. It was product of our gov't. Be it soviet war or bad policies.
