IDEAS 2009:how can i go there?

hi every one.
i wana ask that how a common man can enter in ideas.i hve seen a lot of pictures of people n children visiting ideas 2008 n 2007 and playing on tanks n etc..what ever.
is 3rd day is oppen for public in ideas 2009.?
need help....

The International Defence Exhibition And Seminar (IDEAS) is held once every two years.

IDEAS 2010 will be held in November 2010 at Karachi Expo Center. There is no IDEAS 2009.

And yes, last day of every IDEAS is open for general public, so you can visit it on the last day (although I am not sure what is the procedure of getting the pass or entry card).

but i need to confirm that is public allowed on third day or not.
i really wnana see those weapons and machines closly....
