ICJ rejects India’s plea for acquittal, repatriation of Kulbhushan - Updates, News & Discussion

. .
Oh, read the judgement. ICJ has jurisdiction. Heck, you even sent your ad hoc judge there. Pak will give him consular access.
No access to RAW / Indian Consulars.
No jurisdiction. India does not even recognize US resolutions on Kashmir. ICJ is just moral jurisdiction.

.
hey...thats actually a good point.....
Still discussing good points? Lol

Start begging Pakistan for a review first dear.

Do come back and discuss important points when your lawyers are ever even asked to represent Kulbho.

Its all in Pakistan's hands dear, lol, better start begging asap.

.
Yo Peshwa ponka, so when are you getting on your knees boy and start begging Pakistan for a review dear?

You better start begging early and sincerely dear or we might not consider your begging as sincere boy!
While they are on their knees there is something else they can do as well............................ :partay:

But still a lot would continue to call it a major victory just like that imaginary f16 they shot down or those 300 terrorists they killed at balakot which nobody else in the world can see. Delusional ignorant nation afelter all

And i don't mind it honestly speaking. I hope India would get many more similar "victories" in the future too. :D
Woh Sasti Daruu ka Nasha, Jaldi Charta hai aur daeer say utarta hai aur kabi kabi marnay tak nai utarta... Samaj tu gaay hoon gaay app :D

And ICJ has agreed that Kalbhushan can stay in Pakistan and can even execute him if it wants to

Thank you ICJ. You are far better than Lahore high court

.
Apparently you didn’t, so that’s a lie.
Else ICJ wouldn’t be making that judgement in our favor.
I would hope you know that legal procedures are based in writing, not phone calls to “handlers”.
Clearly if that even happened, it’s inadmissable in court.

We didn't exactly the way you are asking but as said, that was still a courtesy call. India tried to use that card to release him and what not but got nothing except that counselor access as per our choosing & way. If it was something what India tried to imply and already failed, the verdict would have been different.

Was this case above referring to spies or drug cartel criminals?
Also, I don’t have knowledge on the inter governmental policy between US and mexico on handling such cases.
I believe they have a mechanism to deal with this which might be superceeding the ICJ. I’ll save my comment until I read more about this case before I provide my thoughts.

In legal language and citations being quoted for the reference, it does not matter whether cartel or not but says specifically about "under investigation criminal & informing the country of origin under Vienna Article". ICJ can't influence domestic law of any country or even revert the judgment of any country, like in this Pakistan. To understand such citations & their reference to any legal proceedings, you will have to understand the way of Law & legal language.

.
I also said, quote a single spy trial case to prove per Indian prospective. In fact, we did a courtesy call, informed his direct handler and made it public as well. There can be no more service than this.... Now read as follows, quoted from Post# 712 in this page.

In March 2005, following the decisions of the International Court of Justice in the LaGrand case (2001) and Avenacase (2004), the United States withdrew from the Optional Protocol to the Convention concerning the Compulsory Settlement of Disputes, which confers the ICJ with compulsory jurisdiction over disputes arising under the Convention.

In 2006, the United States Supreme Court ruled that foreign nationals who were not notified of their right to consular notification and access after an arrest may not use the treaty violation to suppress evidence obtained in police interrogation or belatedly raise legal challenges after trial (Sanchez-Llamas v. Oregon). In 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court further ruled that the decision of the ICJ directing the United States to give "review and reconsideration" to the cases of 51 Mexican convicts on death row was not a binding domestic law and therefore could not be used to overcome state procedural default rules that barred further post-conviction challenges (Medellín v. Texas).

Edit: KJ family came to meet through proper channel and India says was not informed.
Excellent citation. Quite damaging to indian designs. This is beginning to look like less and less of an Indian victory and simply a delay incurred.

India's arrogance and clear double standards (I.e. they would never ever dreamed of sticking up for a Muslim caught overseas engaged in terrorist activities) will only harden public opinion and Pakistan's resolve to condemn jadhav to his fate.

What possible good will existed has evaporated in recent months due to Modi and sushma's arrogance, balakot fiasco, murder of several Pakistani fishermen in Indian jails and other incidents. India may well have sealed jadhav's fate with its pathetic posturing and double standards towards muslims and Pakistanis.

While they are on their knees there is something else they can do as well............................ :partay:
Thats quite a hideous thought, you know Modi and all that scum but may be if they send the good stuff over, lol.

.
LMAO

Your media does drama and it's randi rona 24/7. Like literally everyday

From counselor access to review. Everything would be as per our law and our will. It is we who would decide how things would work. Not you.

ICJ has put fate of Kalbhushan in hands of same sham Pakistani judiciary

So don't dream much out of it. You lost.

It was a lost case from the beginning anyways. You tried you best. Kudos to you for that.

Do you really think we are worried about KJs life?! Lol
He was dead the minute he made that fake edited confession.

Now it’s our job to show just how fake that confession was (not to mention the poor editing job) and shame Pakistan publicly for its sham judicial system and lack of respect for international laws.

You can hang on to KJ for all we care.
Hum apna ullu seedha kar ke rahenge.

This is no news!! Now that the “Last Afgans” are being marginalized, all thanks to President Trump, the Pak Devlet must channel all of its energy to fight the “Last Mujibs” - the ultimate proxy traitor terrorists under your die hard arch enemies to hammer down the death blow....

. .
Harish Salve was paid only INR 1/- for this case and rest was paid by us, hence, huge expenses. Frankly, Major Harish did the job well.

Harish Salve did the job perfectly

Just like Israeli made Spyder SAM :D
