Jadhav is as good as dead, india is well
aware of this.

The Goal here is never going to be to get Jadhav back, it will be to bust Pakistani case on Jadhav publicly or to corner them in a situation that sets a precedence for India to use the same tactics elsewhere.

But by bringing the case to ICJ, the Modi govt has shown that it cares for its citizens and armed forces and is willing to fight for them. Even though they know the outcome is not going to save KJ. He is a casualty of This india Pak battle, but I'm sure KJ knew the possible outcomes before willing to serve his country.

KJ is doing his duty and has our respect as a nation!

The obvious difference here is that the Pakistani PM was hanged by the army, an state institution. Those crimes in India were done by individuals, and no one is claiming that India does not have its nut jobs.
