Don't jump the gun by making such statements. If Pakistan has enough evidence against Yadav to prove him a "spy", which I believe they have, then rest assured India has already shot itself in the foot.

The Cherry on the cake, also pointed out by some Indian Thinks, that since in a bilateral issue, India has involved a third party, therefore it's lost it's argument on Kashmir being a bilateral issue thus not allowing mediation by a third party, India has virtually shot it'self in the foot.... Kashmir is a bilateral issue, UN resolution on Kashmir is non binding, yadav judgement is binding .

Pakistan did not requested the removal of Indian judge from the ICJ panel. Most of the commentary on the interim verdict has came from him.

Were Pakistani lawyers blind or mute to not have seen or requested that? Its not later either... Request removal of judge from the "Party's Country" or allow another judge from Pakistan on the Panel.

Anyone who does that should be deported back. They're not 'fighting' against another Country nor causing mischief.

Jhadhav was a spy, engaging in terrorism which led to a loss of lives and fighting against Pakistan.

Providing an aid doesn't mean that one can execute even after ICJ order. Pakistan will also provide access but again, will use many references to act. However, the final order is still awaited and ICJ cannot interfere into our domestic and national security issues as the clause has been shared in this thread, few pages back.

This incident is a security matter not a human rights issue.
