IBCC required help from Pakistan

Hello,
friends i have attested my diploma from IBCC and MOFA in Islamabad in 2011 . now i want to attest it from UAE embassy . so their authorized attestation agency " Sasha " told me get your diploma re verified from IBCC. can anybody tell me why they asking for re verification . and can some one tell me the procedure. my diploma has stamp of IBCC of 11 June 2011. there is no such online portal in Pakistan like UAE where i can get Info that's why i came here and post my question . hope u guys will help me
