Its got to be South Korea, they were interested in Green Pine Radars.

And the package includes:

4-5 heron 1 (version 2) systems (naval recon version ) 1 ground control + 4 uav per system
3 green pine radars
air avionics for su 30 (to be installed by yours truly )
launch customer for the new Gabriel 5 anti ship missile (unknown quantity )
the most interesting part is the Gabriel 5
small radar evading ecm protected missile perfect for hit and run tactics

US pressure! Keep the aeorspace industry down and make them dependent on your fighters, techs and weapons. They made the same in other "friendly" countries as well.

Is this again India...Because last time some disclosures from IAI made our defence establishment extremely unhappy and even went about terminating the deal. I am just putting my opinion here...
