It can, but so can the latest Cobra versions and they were classified as light in the past as well. Combat helicopters are not like fighters, where weight and size makes more difference in performance, but that is what people often confuse.
AFAIK Z10 can carry 16 x ATGMs as well.

1. Do you expect to compare which Heli is better just by looking at their pics? Well then Longbow looks much more badass.
2. Also, Mr. Chinese-Armchair-General-Genius-Sir, why do you plan to use Attack Helis in A2A role? Attack Helis are primarily anti-armor and anti-infantry. We have migs & Sukhois to take out the air threat (it will be especially easy - cos seems china is planning to use Z9s for air supremacy ).

Yeah, and all of them are equipped with under powered engines, and ineffective in the heights of himalayas. Even our LCH engine generates 30-40 % more power than Z-10, being nearly half of it's weight.
