Rafale 1:1 would be determined by the best BVR capable fighter, which in our case won’t be F-16 B70, J-10C or even J-20.
Radar matters and the BVR missile and we have Block 3 which is the best suiting our needs. You can wish for Block 70, but can you get AIM-120D ? Definitely not !!!

Block 70 F-16 would be a sitting duck in front of Meteor and AIM-120C5 which we use.

Kudos to Thunder Program Managers and Planners, how far sighted game they played and luck was with them as well. Thunder is a blessing.

Aim120d will go out of production and be replaced by aim 260 in 2023 so can we get aim120d ..yes it would similar to aim120c deal
Will we get aim120 or new f16s probably not..as neither we or americans are a desparate as we were in 2006

Around 160km. PL 15 is said to be around 200km

Missiles are as good as only as the Radar. If the Radar has an capabilities to look at 250km away then it can lock at 200km. I don't think the any fighter bar the MKI Bars radar has that range in the subcontinent. But sadly during the standoff MKI didn't have an missile to match it's radar range.
So I don't think Pakistan has PL 15 in their arsenal.
