Its merely a bluff statement as no one has 4999+1 = 5000 targets PLUS if you know there are 5000 places where you must hit to neutralize your enemy, you have pretty fuc4ed up battle plan. PAF high ranking officer clearly said, We have mapped all the strategic places of India through satellite and stored this info on our server, so on short notice, we can load this info on our missiles and can launch it with pin point accuracy.
