I think Duterte is actually a very smart guy, IIRC, he has a law degree, he knows what he is doing and what he wants to achieve.

He is definitely a very colorful character. My suggestion to him is to "engage brain before opening mouth".

You can admire him but don't emulate him when you are posting here in PDF.
