Reminds me of the adage given to Somali pirates- "fishermen without nets". This assertion doesn't pass muster, this vessel was under continuous surveillance for 12 hours before being intercepted by the ICG, there is clearly something the ICG's MPAs observed that warranted interception. Then let's not forget the ICG didn't come across this vessel by chance, they received actionable intelligence based on NRTO intercepts coming out of Pakistan, do you think the NRTO is keeping track of all innocent fishermen and that anything they would say would trigger a response from the Indian security establishment like this?

All I am saying is that truth should come out in open. A proper investigation with all parties involved NRTO, coast guard and who ever is complicit in blowing up this trawler. With lot of lose ends sticking out it is prudent to do a proper inquiry. You may want to give a clean chit with your sequence of events, but your logic fails to pass muster with our neighbour.
