Yes Pakistan is capable of hitting Israel with Nuclear weapons but so is Israel.So basically no country can afford to hit Israel with Nuclear weapons.
Also keep in mind that hitting Israel with Nuclear weapons will not only affect Israel but Palestinians and other neigbouring countries.

Again, don't misunderstand me, I don't mind Jews. Generally pretty educated, pleasant folk. My favorite comedians are Jewish actually, and so are a number of my favorite actors, so I assure you, I don't bear them any ill will.

I'm entertaining the notion because I think nations in the middle east absolutely ought to have that power as a deterrent. Consider Pakistan's relatively peaceful recent history with India. The nuke likely prevented another war with India.

Similarly i feel that if at least one country had that capability, perhaps Israel would be forced to adjust it's attitude and policies.
