K8 is a sqn and each sqn has all ranks and fco/ocu has permanent ranks plus student who rotate

female pilot are very success in western world usaf, Israel, raf etc cannot speak on Eastern world do not know much but think it's mostly due to men mentality and old transitions

K8 is an aircraft not a squadron...yes there are senior ranks in every squadron...here in 1-FCU aka Rahbars stationed in Mianwali senior ranks are only the instructor pilots who obviously are male pilots...students come in FCU(only done in Mianwali) for 6 months and then move on to OCUs of different aircrafts..

These medical core officers should be made generals way back though in the era of general zia ul haq brigadier jaha are pal case been send to him for promotion for major general but he deferred her although she was the senior most so she resigned from the post the reason was she was the wife of general mohsin pal ex DG health

Damn...I explained this whole thing couple of times on this thread...If someone is standing beside a plane that doesnt mean he/she operates it...this is just a promotional documentry thats all...only senior Squadron leaders(atleast) have been posted on JFT so far...the pilot u are reffering is a Flt Lt and if female pilots were flying JFT then Flt Lt Ayesha Farooq would have been the first one which she isnt..
